Course en Cours: The "BIP" team winner on the 2014 edition!

Dassault Systèmes, Renault, the French Ministry of Education and the University of Versailles / IUT de Mantes technical college have set up "Course en Cours", a Mini Formula 1 inter-collegiate contest in which more than 10,000 middle and high school students design and manufacture mini F1 cars using Dassault Systèmes software. The objective of this academic program is to build a bridge between secondary schools and the high tech world, by providing role models and by encouraging students to pursue their studies, particularly in science and technology.

Dassault Systèmes successfully held Heterogeneous Curtain Wall Digital Design Winter Camp with Hubei University of Technology

Dassault Systèmes announced the highly successful organization of Heterogeneous Curtain Wall Digital Design winter camp at the Building Information Model (BIM) Collaborative Innovation Center of Hubei University of Technology (HBUT), teamed up with Lingyun Curtain Wall, Central-South Architectural Design Institute and Huazhong University of Science and Technology. The design-oriented training camp was held to boost the training and education of high-end BIM talents to meet the demand of China Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry for BIM professionals. It is also playing positive role in exploring new models and mechanisms for enterprise-university collaborative innovation and training. The winter camp, themed Parametric Design, Digital Construction and BIM Integration of Heterogeneous Curtain Wall, selected Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform and its AEC industry solution experiences, and took the “Sun Valley” of the 2012 Shanghai Expo as an example for application software platform analysis.
